Stellae has its own in-house IT team that takes care of the day-to-day maintenance of the information technology we use to provide our clients the services that they need. The system which was also developed by the company’s founder and our development team, allows for a great deal of access and transparency for our clients. We want our clients to feel as if they have complete access to their information 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Any changes made to inventory levels or shipping information is live. However our IT team is not simply focused on maintenance, our development team is constantly working to keep Stellae ahead of the technological curve and is able to aptly prepare a variety of special projects that our clients ask for. The core of our IT platform centers on flexibility, Innovation, and Research. We also provide web access for our clients to observe what is going on with their goods as well as make any changes or requests of our operations team when needed.
